Request for Teacher Qualifications/Certifications

Parents’ Right to Know – Title 1

The Mineola School District will provide, upon request and in a timely manner, information regarding the professional qualifications of the classroom teachers of each student attending a school that received Title 1.

To request this information, please email Margarita Maravel, Director of Personnel at mmaravel@mineola.k12.ny.us

Parent’s will also be informed if their child has been taught for 4 or more weeks by a teacher who does not meet certification requirements at the assigned grade level and subject area via letter.
