The Communications Department is committed to the publicity, media relations and marketing needs of each campus and department in Marion ISD. The Marion ISD Communications Department promotes and facilitates communication between the district, parents, the community and our business partners. Examples include: School Board Relations, Media Relations, Community Newsletters, District Publications, Community Relations, Special Events & Projects, the district’s web pages and videography. Marion ISD works cooperatively with the news media for coverage of issues and events involving the school district, its students and staff.
