My name is Melissa Fletcher and I am the proud principal of Colt Elementary! This is my 17th year in education, all within the Marble Falls school district. I am a proud Mustang having graduated from Marble Falls High School. Here at Colt, we live 212 degrees by putting in that extra degree of effort developing resiliency, determination, and a passion for helping others. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning every day! Together, we will have an amazing year!

I am married to Austin Fletcher and we have a son in middle school, Landon.
