Handhold was created by a team of mental health and child development experts in partnership with parents who have gone through what you are going through. Our goal? To guide you in caring for your child’s mental health and emotional well-being.
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): 1-800-950-6264 (NAMI)
Provides free information, referrals, and support to anyone with a mental illness, anyone living and/or assisting someone with a mental illness, and the general public. Often has volunteer attorneys who may be able to offer expertise and referrals in necessary cases.

Talking With Children About Grief
