    1. Minutes from October 25 were reviewed and approved by the Council.
    2. Mr. Keck reviewed the budget.
    3. Ryan Snow from Providence City was invited to discuss Providence Elementary’s Safe Routes to School Plan. The council discussed and approved three specific areas that could help improve walking safety to Providence Elementary. They include:
      1. A four-block section of 200 East in Providence that does not currently have a sidewalk on either side of the street.
      2. A walking path that would connect the Edgewood community and those surrounding to 400 South where students can connect with safe walking paths leading to the school.
      3. A pedestrian activated signal be added to the crosswalk north of the school
    4. A motion to end the meeting was made, there was a second, and the vote to end the meeting passed.
    5. The next meeting is scheduled for January 24, 2024
