Budget Review: Reminder that the overall goal of our Trustland budget is to increase above the state average. Science is currently below (our own mark, but above state) and has the largest gap

Parent liaison/Minority Community outreach specialist, is a full-time position

Counselor Minute: Registration is almost done, U Science- is a career exploration program that includes aptitudes and talents in the assessments. Link to interests and gives a list of job possibilities. The Legislation funds it takes 90 minutes and is done in 9th grade in flex over 3 days.

Mandy is forming an Irdgeline Alumni. Their main focus is on creating a scholarship program

Foster an going connection and bring back alumni by inviting them to homecoming, creating a class flag design to display at homecomings and graduations

Have an annual alumni award -first need to set up a database to track graduates and success beyond high school

Scholarship endowment- hoping to encourage alumni to give back and have annual scholarships to give out to current students.
