Cache County School District is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction manager/ general contractor (CM/GC) services for the following projects.  The construction of two new Middle Schools, located in Hyde Park City and Nibley City.  The construction of a new Elementary School, located in Hyde Park City. The retrofit of Spring Creek Middle School into an Elementary School.  Please refer to the attached bid request and addendum.

General Obligation Refunding Bonds

The Board of Education of Cache County School District (the “Board”) is soliciting bids from interested parties to purchase General Obligation Refunding Bonds (the “2023 Refunding Bonds” or the “Bonds”) that are being issued to advance refund the callable maturities of the Board’s Series outstanding 2019 General Obligation Bonds. The Board is asking bidders to submit taxable and/or convertible refunding structures that would deliver the greatest savings and flexibility to the Board.  Please refer to the attached bid request.

Parties interested in bidding on the Board’s 2023 Refunding Bonds should submit a completed Bid Sheet (see Page 12).
