  • Minutes were approved by Jenny and seconded by Jessica.

  • Stem Night on March 14th. 6:00-7:30 (clean up by 8)
    • Channah will be in charge of the Science Fair
    • Morgan to follow up with when the information will be distributed to the students.
    • PTA will find the judges and provide awards.

    • This project could be used as an extension for students who need extra open ended projects!
    • Different stations could be placed around the school.
    • “Let’s Taco about Stem Night”

      • Salsa station (physical change) take home recipe

      • Digital Literacy room with helps for parents of things to work for.
      • Computer room for practicing or instruction on logging on to LEXIA, REFLEX, etc.
      • Suggestion to do punch cards, maybe have families sign in with teachers, map or poster to describe activities and location.

      • Review of Middle of the Year scores.
      • Good things happening with new programs, also some growing pains.
      • Have been looking at how WIN time is structured to help the most students.
