The District 105 Strategic Plan was adopted by the School Board April 2019.  

School Board and community members, parents, staff, students, and administrators from all five of our school communities worked together to update our Strategic Plan.  The process included:

• A comprehensive review of data to focus on where we are now
• The development of mission, vision, and goals to focus on where we want to be
• The development of research-based strategies to get from where we are now to where we want to be

The Strategic Plan promises to strengthen the alignment of our resources to the needs of our students.  An action team has been formed to monitor the implementation of the plan to ensure that it guides our actions.
