What type of online application do I need to submit?

Please review the “category” column on the job postings page. The category indicates the appropriate application type for each job.


How do I retrieve my User ID and password to log in to my application?

Click here to retrieve your login information. If you are unable to retrieve your login information online, please call Human Resources at (832)223-0300.


I have already submitted an online application. What do I do if I see a new job posting that I want to apply for?

You will select the job posting, click the “Login to Apply” button, and follow the prompts. If your application was submitted more than 6 months ago, the system will notify you that you must resubmit an application to apply for the job posting.


What happens to applications once they are received by Human Resources?

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Human Resources. Hiring supervisors have access to your online application and any supporting documents you have submitted. They will review all applications, and should they have an interest, the hiring supervisor will contact you to arrange an interview.


Where should I send my resume and other supporting documents for my application?

All supporting documents should be uploaded to your application account. To upload a document, log in to your account HERE, and click on the “Manage/Upload Documents” link.


What supporting documents are needed to complete my application?

Based on the type of application, you will need to submit copies of the following supporting documents:

After submitting my application, I was prompted to complete the StyleProfile Builder. Do I need to complete it?

If the StyleProfile Builder is assigned to you, you need to complete it. This assessment is assigned based on the positions applied for.


How do I update information on my application?

Simply log in to your application and make the necessary changes/updates to your application. After you have made all necessary changes, you will need to review, save, and resubmit your application.


I am unable to edit the references on my application. How can I update my references?

Once you have entered references and submitted your application, you will not be able to edit the references. Instead, you will need to add new entries for the references with the updated information. Once you have added the new reference entries, you will need to review, save, and resubmit your application.
