What Parents Need to Know for Back to School
Restarting Pre-Kindergarten - Kindergarten
Parents are able to request that their children restart prekindergarten or kindergarten. Information from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) can be found on their Restart Grade information page. To request a restart, complete TEA's Formal Request to Repeat a Grade form and submit to your child's campus principal.
Repeating a Grade or course
Parents are able to request that their child(ren) repeat a grade or course. Information from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) can be found on their Repeat Grade or Course information page. To request a restart, complete the Texas Education Agency's (TEA's) Formal Request to Repeat a Grade form and submit to your child's campus principal.
