To create a help desk ticket online:
- Login into Rapid Identity.
- Click on the IT Help Desk icon to access and create a ticket.
- Provide as much as detail as possible about the issue(s), and make sure to include your location and your computer's service tag number.

Windows updates are sent the second Tuesday of every month.
Your computer's security depends on establishing good updating routines. We make sure your computer is updated every second Tuesday of the month by running Windows updates and Dell Command updates.
To complete these updates, you may need to restart your computer.
