Safety and Emergency Procedures

The Huntington Beach City School District and its community partners have developed a number of effective strategies and protocols to employ in the event of an emergency, and drill reinforce these measures regularly throughout the year. 

Each school in Huntington Beach City School District maintains and regularly updates a Comprehensive School Safety Plan. We have a strong partnership with local and county first responders, mental health professionals, and other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and community.
