Services Provided
- Respond to emergency situations 24-7.
- Schedule and manage regulatory agencies required tests and inspections as required.
- Repair and maintain existing facilities.
- Plan and manage school and district facility, deferred maintenance.
- Provide environmental testing as necessary.
- Program low voltage signal systems per school schedules and requirements.
- Maintain preventative maintenance on a large variety of equipment.
- Establish district standards for new and existing sites.
Maintenance and Operations (M&O) provides facilities use management, general maintenance and repair, custodial support, grounds, landscaping, and pest management services.
