The Local Control Accountability Plan draft was presented to the board in a public hearing. Attached is the 2023 Local Control Accountability Plan (DRAFT). Before the adoption of the LCAP, members of the public have an opportunity to submit comments regarding specific actions and expenditures proposed by emailing educationalservices@hbcsd.us by June 17, 2023.
