Hi everyone and  WAR EAGLE!! I am so excited and blessed to be returning back home to Webb Elementary! I am so very excited to begin this year and hope you are as well. This will be my seventh year teaching and my fourth year teaching first grade. I realize that teaching your child is a privilege, as well as a tremendous responsibility. I will do my best this year to ensure that each student has a motivating and safe learning environment. I believe in a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment. A child's success is not always measured by a test score but by achieving individual goals, no matter how big or small. Teachers are more than just educators, we are proctors of knowledge. We are there to help guide our student's towards becoming lifelong learners through guidance and love. I believe that having a "family" style classroom is the best way to not only gain the trust of your students but also the support of their families.
