Student Supply List

  • School Supply List

    FIRST GRADE
    1. 1 or more reams of copy paper - I ask that each student please bring a donation of one ream or more of copier paper. This is extremely important because the school district no longer provides us with copier paper due to budget cuts. When I do not have enough copier paper, I purchase the reams on my own.
    2. Glue Sticks, pencils, crayons and colored pencils – Always needed throughout the year.
    3. Wet wipes - After lunch I like to pass out a “baby wipe” to each student as they enter the classroom to clean their hands. This is the time when hands need to be cleaned from lunch and the playground. The students feel more comfortable in the classroom for afternoon learning when their hands are clean and ready to learn. I like to buy a case of baby wipes from Costco, which lasts a few months. Families that would like to donate baby wipes to the class are welcomed and appreciated.
    4. Plastic pencil box for each student to keep in their desk
    5. Small prizes - If any family would like to donate small prizes for the treasure chest, these are also welcomed.

Other items are noted on the VW website for first grade. Please review this list.
