    Congratulations, Panther Scholars!

    National Honor Society (NHS) recognizes outstanding scholarship, leadership and service.

    Eligible students are identified and notified at the beginning of second semester each year.

    STEP #1: Fill It Out

     Google Docs

    Complete the NHS Candidate Information Form in Google Docs.

    You will be prompted to MAKE A COPY in your own personal Google Drive.

    Do NOT modify the template by changing the margins, fonts or tables.  It is already formatted and ready to use.

    STEP #2: Submit It

     Google Forms

    PDF your document and upload it on the online form.

    In Google Docs, save your form as a PDF.  File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf)

    Complete all the fields on the online form and upload your PDF before the established deadline.

    Opting out at this time?  Complete the opt-out form.

    Complete all fields on the online form.
