Picture Day for Virtual Students is Friday, December 4, 2020. You must register with the school by Wednesday, December 2, 2020 to have pictures taken. There will be no walk-ins allowed during the day. No exceptions.
The schedule is as follows:
8:30–9 a.m. – Grades 10, 11 & 12
9–9:30 a.m. – Grades 7, 8 & 9
9:45–10:15 a.m. – PreK, K & 1
10:15–11 a.m. – Grades 2 & 3
11–11:45 a.m. – Grades 4, 5 & 6
Families with students in multiple grades can select one time slot and come together, but we need to know when you are coming and how many students will be in the group.

If you cannot make the time slot allocated for your child’s grade, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please call the school office to discuss this, but you must be put on the schedule.
Parents must collect an Adirondack Portrait Company envelope from the school office in advance of picture day. Please contact the school for pick up options at 518-882-1033.
Envelopes must be filled out and payment is due at time of pictures – one envelope per student. Alternatively you can go online to pay for pictures. To order online, please use the school code from the Adirondack Portrait Company envelope, and please note the Elementary and High School have different codes. The payment confirmation code from your online receipt will be needed on picture day.

Pictures are taking place in the Elementary Cafeteria. Access is through the cafeteria side door. There will be no access to the rest of the building. Bathrooms will not be available. Everyone will wait outside until it is their turn for a picture. Social distancing and masks required. Masks will only be removed for the picture.

If you do not have one set up, please contact the school. Information on how to complete the health screening and the QR code needed to do this via a smartphone is on the district website. It is on the left side of the home page. If you do not have a smartphone, please ask the school about options for completing the health screening.
