The John and Abigail Adams Scholarship is a merit-based program that provides a credit toward tuition for up to eight semesters of undergraduate education at a Massachusetts state college or university. For this scholarship, merit is based on student scores on the 10th grade Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) test.

The Stanley Z. Koplik Certificate of Mastery provides a credit toward tuition at Massachusetts public colleges and universities. To initially be eligible to apply, a student must meet the initial qualifications based on MCAS Scores. Because of the transition to the next-generation MCAS tests, there are currently different requirements for initial eligibility.
