If you are a past graduate wishing to request a transcript you may either:

1. Fill out and submit the PAST GRADUATE TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM electronically.

OR

2. Print out a hard copy of our PAST GRADUATE TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM and email it to fhs_transcripts@framingham.k12.ma.us. 

**Please note: there is a 10 business day processing period for ALL transcript requests**
