Five Year Strategic Plan
The district has reconvened the Strategic Planning Committee to develop the next five year plan. The committee is comprised of parents, students, community members, staff, district administrators, and board trustees.
Goals and Outcomes
The Strategic Plan identifies key district goals to guide decision-making and resource allocation over the next five years. We, along with the committee, identified four strategic focus areas: Opportunity, Achievement, Connection, Innovation. The focus areas provide guidance, leadership and policy decisions, as well as the development of initiatives and strategies, to achieve our vision.
