School Counseling services are available to every student and are centered around the development of the whole child/adolescent. In partnership with parents/guardians, administrators, teachers, support personnel and community members; school counselors foster social emotional growth, academic success, college and/or career readiness skills, independence and self-advocacy that will enable students to be lifelong learners and productive citizens.
School Counselors are assigned to all students in grades 6 through 12. Our counseling model supports a team approach. More information on programs and resources can be found in the individual school's counseling center website, linked on this page in the Important Department Information section.
