Welcome to the Commack Middle School Counseling Center website. Our goal is to provide our students and parents comprehensive resources on the programs, educational resources, and requirements needed in the fast changing world of education. This site is designed to be a resource for our community and to compliment the services provided by our professional School Counselors. Utilizing their experience and knowledge, the counseling staff is committed to the success of every middle school student. 

Our counseling model supports a team approach. Counselors are assigned to specific grade level teams and will follow your child throughout their three years of middle school. Counselors work closely with teachers, administration, support staff and parents to ensure that all academic, social and emotional needs are being met by all students.
