I am a Florida native and a former student of L.A. Ainger, a Lemon Bay graduate, as well as a Florida Gulf Coast University and University of Florida alumni. Coming back to Ainger was like coming home, and I have enjoyed teaching Science here for the past 13 years. 

I have two phenomenal kids, Jake and Ava, four adorable dogs:  Henry, Gunner, Laiya, and Sophia, and 1 very sweet ferret:  Sushi. I love spending time with my family whether we are camping, hiking to a waterfall, swimming, going to a concert, painting, or just snuggling on the couch watching a movie. Being a mom has helped me to become a better teacher. I believe in treating your child the way I would want my child to be treated. My philosophy of teaching is to create a safe, nurturing environment so each child has an equal opportunity to be enriched through visual, written, and kinesthetic activities.
