We are excited to welcome back volunteers to Powell Butte Elementary!
There is a new process we would like to share with you.
The first step to getting approved to volunteer is filling out the form on this link:
After we receive the Vaccine Verification Form, a background check form will be sent home with your child.
There is a $5 fee you will need to pay when returning the completed form. You can pay with cash, check or money order made out to "Powell Butte Elementary".
