Enrollment Eligibility
- Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 202
Required Documentation
Please bring the following to complete registration:
- Birth certificate
- Updated immunization record
- Parent or guardian photo ID
- Proof of residency
- Current utility bill
- If the bill is not under the parent/guardian’s name, provide a rent receipt or a signed note from the household owner verifying residence
- Child’s Social Security card
- Proof of income
- 4 most recent paystubs OR current SNAP letter
- Texas DFPS Placement Authorization Form (Form 2085) or court order for DFPS conservatorship
- Proof of military status (if applicable)
