Changes to ParentSquare User Accounts

ParentSquare is improving how users manage their accounts. These updates are especially helpful for users with multiple roles (e.g., staff and parent) or accounts at different schools or districts.
What to Expect
- Now: Account Switching is available. You will be able to sign in to multiple accounts and switch between them.
- If you currently have an account merged across roles or districts (e.g., parent and staff combined), ParentSquare will automatically separate them into individual accounts. Once unmerged, users will remain signed in to their highest permission account (e.g. staff) and can use the account switcher to add another account and sign into their other account(s), like a parent account.
ParentSquare will provide in-app guidance as these changes roll out to help you understand and adapt to the new experience.
