Logging into your school Chromebook from home

If you login to a personally owned chromebook (or any non-CCS chromebook) with your CCS credentials/user ID, you are subject to internet monitoring and application restrictions similar to those applied to a CCS owned device.

 To further increase internet safety for all CCS students, the CCS Technology Dept. is currently expanding our filtering system called Zscaler to include Chromebooks when they are used offsite and at home. This system will block inappropriate websites and keyword searches that are typically blocked by firewalls when the devices are used in school.
