Summer Camp Info

KIDS:PLUS will operate Summer Camp M-F June 12th-July 28th, 2023. We will be open from 6:30 am until 5:30 pm.

We will be closed Tuesday July 4th, 2023. 

We will operate at: Winecoff and Rocky River

Registration Information:

As of 3.20.23 we are FULL at both Summer Camp Locations. You may add your name to the Wait List

Eligibility: must be a rising 1st-6th grader (ages 5-12) enrolled in a CCS elementary school

We will begin accepting registration for our currently enrolled families on Monday March 20th, 2023 at 7:00 am. Please see your site coordinator for more information on how to register. 

Rates/Payment Information:

Deposits: $30 per week, per child 

Weekly Tuition: $160 (discounts apply for multi-children and CCS employee status)

Deposits are in addition to the weekly tuition and are due in advance in order to continue to secure the spot for that week. 

Deposit Due Dates:

Weeks 1-3 are due no later than April 3rd

Weeks 4-7 are due no later than April 17th

For those that register for weeks after these due dates, the due date will be the end of the week in which you complete registration. 

Weekly Tuition Information:

All accounts will be invoiced on Wednesdays for the coming week. All weekly tuition payments are due by Friday the week prior to the enrolled week. Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in the child being unable to attend.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Credits will not be issued.

Failure to follow the process to withdraw online at least 5 business days in advance will result in your account being invoiced. These invoices will not be reversed. 

Activities

We are planning local field trips this summer! We are also continuing our partnership with the Cabarrus County 4H office this summer for on-site activities.
