Hello Everyone!

My name is Ms. Leonard and I am so excited for this school year! This will be my eighth year teaching 7th grade social studies and my third year at JN Fries Middle School!

I graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a major in Middle Grades Education and a minor in Spanish in 2015, and I received my Masters in History from UNCW in June 2018! A few of my favorite things are a great book, traveling, and dogs. My husband and I have 2 dachshunds named Kiwi and Luna that we love very much!

I have a huge passion for social studies and I am very excited about sharing that with my students this year!
