When you know your child will be absent from school, please notify the attendance clerk as soon as possible. Our attendance lines are available to families 24 hours a day. Outside of school hours, please leave a detailed message for our attendance clerk. Please include the following information in your message:

• Child's full name
• Your full name
• Your child's teacher
• Date
• Reason for the absence

If your child will be tardy to school, you are encouraged to also contact our attendance office. This will prevent a phone call being placed which may interrupt your scheduled appointment. 

Please provide a written excuse upon your child's return to school.
