My name is Kayla Pitalo-Rager and I am a special education teacher at North Bay Elementary. This is my 4th year teaching in the Biloxi Public School District. I have a dual bachelor's degree in elementary
education and special education from The University of Southern Mississippi. I am very passionate about working with children and helping them reach their highest potential in my classroom. When I am
not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Christian and our two children, Noah and Magnolia. I also enjoy reading, traveling, Disney, Harry Potter, beach trips, and crafting!
