Welcome to Kindergarten!

I am so excited to have the privilege of growing the mind of your child. My name is Kathryn Deshamp and I am 27 years old. I have a fiance and we have a blended family of three girls who are ages 6,5,&5. I also have two doodles named Jethro and Luna.

I have been a Kindergarten Assisstant here Popp's Ferry Elementary School for the last three years. This will be my first year as a certified teacher and I thank you for entrusting me with your child.

I graduated from Biloxi High School in 2012 and began my education journey in Fall of 2012 at MGCCC. In 2015, I graduated from MGCCC with an Associates of Arts and Early Childhood Development Certification. I decided to go back to school in 2018 where I attended William Carey University and got my Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education K-6. I graduated from William Carey Universtiy in February of 2021.
