I am sooooo excited about this school year at Biloxi High! My name is Tia Carter, and I am a special education teacher here at Biloxi High. I am originally from Gulfport, MS (Gulfport High School graduate)! I graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi in December 2018 with my Bachelor's degree in Special Education, and I graduated from Mississippi College in December 2022 with Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am the mother to a sweet furry baby, Lola. (Who is super spoiled!). I enjoy most of my free time watching netflix or screaming for my favorite football team… #steelersnation
