My name is Candace Murphy and the 2023-204 school year makes it my 8th year in the teaching profession and my 5th year teaching in this great district! My husband and I have three beautiful children, all of whom have graduated from Biloxi or are currently attending school here.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from William Carey University and am currently working on my Masters through Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers! :) ).

I'm excited about this year, watching my students gain confidence, and SOARING further than they may have ever thought! I most certainly have the coolest job there is, and I'm so blessed to be a part of the Back Bay family!
