Maj Lambert served 4 years as an enlisted aircraft maintenance technician and 2 years as a space systems operator.  After completing the USAF Officers Training School (OTS), he served another 16 years as a Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Operator and ICBM Operations Instructor.   Maj Lambert was assigned to AFROTC Detachment 432 at the University of Southern Mississippi as an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies from 2012 - 2016 and his final active duty assignment was as the Director of Operations for AFROTC's Southeast Region.  He came to Biloxi High School in 2018 and he is the primary instructor for all third and fourth-year cadets (AS3s and AS4s).
