English 101, also known as English Composition I, is a dual credit course. Students can receive credit for English IV, as well as English Composition I in college. They will receive college credit from William Carey University. This course is designed to prepare the student for writing required by college and the workplace with emphasis on effective paragraph and essay development. In order to be able to register for this course, a student must score 20 on the ACT .
