Welcome! My name is Tabetha Moore, and I am excited to begin the 2023-2024 school year. This is my first year with the Indian Nation at Biloxi Upper Elementary. I am originally from Ocean Springs, MS and attended William Carey University where I received my bachelor of science degree in K-6 elementary education with endorsements in 7-12 English, social studies, and science.
