TheBerkshire Hills Regional School District School Committee will enter ExecutiveSession pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(1)(3), to discuss strategy withrespect to Litigation. Holding these discussions in Open Session may have a detrimentaleffect on litigation.  Following Executive Session, the SchoolCommittee will adjourn and not return to open session.
