Welcome to 7th grade Life Science! I am Mrs. Dorsett and this will be my ninth year teaching at Etowah Middle School. I am a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology Education. I am a highly qualified teacher in General Science grades 6-12. I am married and enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, other family, and friends. I am a Christian and a member of Fisher Creek Church. Teaching science is a passion of mine, and  I love having the opportunity to open young minds to the vast world of science. My desire is for my students to explore science through inquiry-based lessons and activities. I am looking forward to another year of excitement and fun in 7th grade Life Science at EMS!
