Copper Trails implements daily structures following a master schedule to engage students in differentiated thematic lessons based on the Avondale School District pacing guide, student academic growth measured by benchmark assessments and staff collaboration. We recognize that students, parents, teachers and administration have equal parts in the journey and success of our students. We emphasize on academics, humanities and Coyote Character. Through these partnerships, we create opportunities for students to learn, explore, understand, appreciate culture, values and traditions. We do this through engaging classroom lessons, assemblies, extra-curricular activities, field trips and promoting community involvement. We view and teach all subject areas equally in order to value all student strengths and to teach problem solving, thinking and communication skills.
