CHINO—State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond today met with school administrators, educators, and students of Allegiance STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Academy in Chino to promote the importance of literacy and celebrate the school’s Literature Day parade.
