NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the Amboy Junior High School, 240 N. Metcalf Avenue, Amboy, IL 61310 to discuss the intention of the Board of Education of the Amboy Community Unit School District No. 272, Lee County, Illinois, to transfer One Hundred Twenty Thousand ($120,000) from the Capital Projects Fund to the Debt Service Fund pursuant to Section 5-1006.7 of the School Code ​(55 ILCS 5/5-1006.7).
