No Excuses University is a national network of schools inspired by a belief system that every student has the ability to go to college. Terrace Elementary became part of NEU network in 2012. We are joined by over 200 other schools who have our same belief system. We recognize the challenges our studnets may have, however, we never make excuses for their success.
