Being "College and Career Ready" is a continuous conversation we have with our students. We support personal responsiblity, intrinsic motivation, goal-setting, and perseverence. These are the character atributes that will support a successful academic career and future.

We have a college-going atmosphere at Loma Vista. All of our teachers' classrooms have a "college board" representing their college of choice. You will see college banners, posters, A-G requirements, and much more proudly displayed throughout our campus. The last Friday of the month is "College shirt day." We incorporate discussions regarding college and career into our daily lessons to facilitate conversations and to get our students thinking about how to achieve the success they want in life.
