• Emergency Information

When your child is registered, you are required to fill out emergency information which is kept on file in the school office. In case of an emergency, we will always call home first. It is critical that you keep up-to-date emergency contact phone numbers on file in the office in the event we cannot reach you. The person

designated as your emergency contact should be someone who can reach the school in a reasonable length of time. Please notify the office of any changes in your address or phone number. REMEMBER, WE WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR CHILD TO PEOPLE NOT LISTED ON THE EMERGENCY INFORMATION. Make sure that those picking up your child carry an official government issued I.D.

It is essential that the information include:

    1. A home and/or business phone
