In partnership with local resources, St. Helena High School provides personal counseling services to students throughout the school day. The goal of these services is to promote wellness and support students in their unique development in a confidential setting. Our counselors are trained to address areas of concern such as anxiety, depression, social skills, and substance abuse. We are grateful to partner with Up Valley Family Center, Aldea, and Teens Connect to provide the following services:

Sessions are rotated throughout the day to prevent students from missing the same class repeatedly. Attendance and goals are monitored by clinicians and the support services coordinator.
