Senior Cap and Gown and Athletics Gear Collection ~ Lollapalooza!
Good afternoon WHS Community, The sun is shining and hopefully, each of you can create an opportunity for yourselves and your families to enjoy the glorious weather!
We are gearing up for a Senior Cap and Gown and Athletics Gear Collection ~ Lollapalooza!
When: Thursday, April 30th 12:30 - 3:00 PM ~ South and North Lots
Concept: Cars enter the south lot, folks stay inside the cars, they snake through our maze to:
- Drop off Athletic Gear, on the Basketball Courts, while remaining in cars pass gear through the window in sealed bags - sealed gear moved into the gym
- Cars continue down fire lane to enter North Lot
- Cap and Gown Distribution by Alpha under 4 tents
What We Need: 20 Volunteers who are gloved, masked are wearing Jag Swag!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Directing Traffic
- Assisting with Athletic Gear Collection
- Assisting with Cap and Gown Distribution
If you would like to make a sign to wave from your stations that would be great!
Please email me directly if you are willing to volunteer your time. We are NOT encouraging the parents/community members to come onto campus, as we are still under mandatory shelter in place and observing social distancing.
