May 1, 2025: Terracon begins geotechnical services.
April 30, 2025: On-Site Kick-Off Meeting with SHISD, MDCO, ABA, and Gallagher.
April 15, 2025: Schematic Design Review with SHISD, MDCO, ABA, and Gallagher.
February 6, 2025: Surveyor 3D scan of the gym building and exterior of main building.
January 10, 2025: Design-Phase Kick-Off Meeting with SHISD, MDCO, ABA, and Gallagher.
December 9, 2024: Board approves ABA Services as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Terracon Consultants, Inc as the Geotechnical Engineer.
November 20 - December 5, 2024: SHISD receives CMAR bids.
November 11, 2024: Board approves Makers Design Collaborative as Architect. Board votes to begin the search for a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR).
July 8, 2024: Board approves Gallagher Construction as Program Manager.
